Licence terms
The terms of the SSRS2 licence sold on ssrs2.net/pricing, between the company that buys it and the licensor, A.G.O. (Switzerland), which publishes SSRS2.
- Licensee
- The company named at checkout, with its employees and the contractors working for it.
- What the licence allows
- Using SSRS2 with any number of developers, applications, servers, containers and renders, in the internal applications, websites and software-as-a-service products the licensee runs.
- What needs another licence
- Distributing SSRS2 inside software that third parties install or run (desktop or on-premises products) needs a separate redistribution licence, agreed by email. Sublicensing, reselling, or offering SSRS2 as a component or SDK to other developers is not allowed.
- Term
- One year or three years, as chosen at checkout, renewing automatically for the same period until cancelled. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Licence keys
- A key works without time limit with every SSRS2 version released until its date; a version released later needs the key of a renewed licence. Trial keys end at their date.
- Payment
- Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply. Payments are final once the key is issued. Evaluating SSRS2 without a key is free.
- Updates
- The licence includes the releases published during its term. Support is not part of the licence and is sold separately.
- Customers
- SSRS2 is sold to businesses only.
- Warranty
- SSRS2 is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Evaluate it on your own reports before you buy.
- Liability
- The licensor's liability is limited to the fees the licensee paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit.
- Law and courts
- These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at the licensor's seat have jurisdiction.
