A key that never stops a server
Each key works forever with every SSRS2 version released while your licence runs. A server nobody updates never shows the watermark again, whether you renew or not.
- You pay A key that works forever with every version released until the end of the paid period, one year or three, plus 30 days.
- At renewal The licence renews at USD 799 a year, or USD 1,999 every three years, and a new key, a period further on, is emailed after the payment. Installed servers need nothing: the new key only matters for a version released later.
- If you stop No new key, and nothing breaks: what you installed keeps working. A version released after your key's date shows the trial watermark until you renew.

Per company, not per developer

What does the licence include?
Every feature, export format and platform, for unlimited developers, applications, servers and renders, and every release published while it runs. Internal applications, websites and SaaS products you run yourself are covered.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing breaks. Your key keeps working forever with every SSRS2 version released while your licence ran. Only a newer version needs a renewed key.
Who needs a licence?
The company that runs SSRS2 in production: one licence covers the whole company, whatever the number of developers. If you build an application for a client, enter the client's company name at checkout.
How do I get the key?
By email, within a minute of payment, at the address you give at checkout. Set it as the SSRS2_LICENSE environment variable or call Ssrs2.License.Activate at startup. It is checked offline.
Can I try SSRS2 first?
Yes. Without a key every feature works and the output carries a trial watermark.
What happens at renewal?
The yearly licence renews every year at USD 799, the three-year licence every three years at USD 1,999, and the new key is emailed right after the payment. Servers you don't upgrade need nothing; install the new key when you move to a newer version.
Why take three years?
One payment and one key for three years of releases, USD 398 less than three yearly payments. Install the key once and upgrade freely until its date. It renews every three years; cancel any time in the customer portal.
Can we move from yearly to three years?
Yes, from your next renewal: write to [email protected] and your subscription moves to three years when the current year ends.
What does the launch offer cover?
The first year of the yearly licence, at USD 499. Renewals are at the regular price. The three-year licence has its own discount instead.
Can I ship SSRS2 inside software my customers install?
Not with this licence. Write to [email protected] for a redistribution licence.
Is support included?
No. The licence covers the software, its updates and the key. Help with a migration and support agreements are available separately: [email protected].
Do prices include tax?
No. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is added at checkout.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Write to [email protected] for an invoice at the same price; the key is sent when the payment arrives.
Can I get a refund?
No, because a key cannot be taken back once sent. Try SSRS2 on your own reports before you buy.
Where are my invoices, and how do I cancel?
In the customer portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
